Resources I have personally used for the de-cluttering and “minimalizing” process:
Recycling!
Many people don’t realize the wealth of options that Spokane offers to recycle items like electronics, appliances, hazardous waste and more. Do the right thing with the items you no longer need in your life.
Joshua Fields Millburn & Ryan Nicodemus offer wonderful insight into the relatively new world of “minimalism”. I highly recommend watching their Netflix documentary “Minimalism” for quick inspiration to minimalize your life.
Joshua Becker is a great writer and an awesome minimalist. His book, The More of Less is a great quick read.
Courtney Carver was the start of Project 333. If your particular struggle is too much clothing this is the resource for you.

Email inbox out of whack? I have read plenty of articles on how to tame those pesky emails… this one is my favorite.
Does your whole computer need an organized overhaul? There are FIVE different articles to tackle computer applications, documents, files, email and more. My suggestions? Do just a few things a day and stick to it! Sitting down in front of a computer for hours on end isn’t good for anyone and you will drain easily.
This website offers resources for the mildly disorganized to the severely disorganized (or hoarding status) groups. Check out their Hoarding Scale or fill out the Quality of Life Scale to see if you’d benefit from professional help. There are a variety of classes, surveys, print outs and more to set you on the right track for your own home or to help a friend or family member.
